How often do you second guess your decision made?

I tend to over anylize and second guess almost every desicion I make but almost alway tend to go with gut feeling or first thought..

I spend more time thinking things through then taking action. I guess I'd have to say that I usually go for the first decision, but I always have to sit and look at it from different angles to satisfy my brain that it is the correct one.

I second guess a lot of decisions I make as well..
mainly b/c I don't think them through...
but it also depends on

the type of decision
some things I think through a LOT
some others I don't think through much at all..
