i was wondering what are the Georgia Laws for the age of 17? i heard that once your 17 you can move out on your own if you proved you could make a living for yourself. then I heard that a 17 year old could do that if they went to court and got the courts permission to move out.
what is the actual law for this matter? (and how could i get a copy of it?)

Sarah:"It's more like surfing than skating. . . I wish the rain would stop, just once."
Eric Draven: "It can't rain all the time."
Sarah: "A building gets torched. All that is left is ashes. I used to think that it is true about everything - family, friends, feelings - but now I know that sometimes if love proves real, and two people are meant to be together, nothing can keep them apart."

Georgia
-No Emancipation Statute
** However, some judges in juvenile court have granted emancipation on a case by case basis.

I honestly cannot find an age, so I believe that you would have to go to court and provide a valid reason TO emmancapate.

So trade that typical for something colorful, and if it's crazy live a little crazy!
