yahoo mail - what's going on?

every time I go to log into yahoo mail, the first login attempt fails, and then the second attempt works.

I've tried with various yahoo acounts, always the same - first attempt fails, second attempt works.

anybody heard of anything like this? should I be concerned?

I ran adaware and virus scan with updated definitions - nothing.

I always have that problem unless I sign out completely the previous time. Not sure why it wants me to log out twice like that but it has always been that way for me.
