About 10-15 times daily.

I have important work e-mail to follow up on daily. Not to mention all the porn spam in my two hotmail accounts.

one of my comps runs Outlook 24/7 i have it set to check email every 5 or 10 mins I think lol..

don't get a lot..but whenever I get on teh comp i just turn screen on and I see if i have email or not..
