Add these REG_BINARY values into HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Conferencing\RRCM
:

RTCPrcvBfrSize := 00 20 00 00
NumRTCPPostedBfr := 00 02 00 00
