why do WE need to give YOU an incentive to stay?

if you don't like the forum then you may certainly leave

it is free coming and going here

you either earn the peoples trust and friendship here, or you don't, it's like in the 'real world' since believe it or not these are real people here and not some bots in a game

The only way to become a moderator at SpeedGuide is to be asked if you are interested in becoming a mod...
Staff votes on all candidates as well, in an "all or none" type deal. If 1 staff member doesn't agree, then it doesn't happen...

Mods are an extention of the site and must act in the best interest of the site...

The only sure way to not be a mod is to ask to be a mod...
