Why are there 5 stickified posts?

Post by jz »

If the thread is that important it will remain near the top on its own accord. Or if you think the thread will remain valuable for an indefinite period of time, move it to a "classic" or "hall of fame" forum. It's damn annoying to load a page and see the 1st thread at the #6 spot.

That's right, I will reach 1000. The only difference this time is I'm not going to substantiate my opinions, as logic only infuriates the masses.

I think they are good posts. Do you just read the top few and not any others? A couple of them probably won't be up very long and the others are helpful. I am glad to see them there.

Because they are important. Some threads get bumped down quickly at night, so keeping them up at the top they get a bit more attention. Simple as that. No other reason, IMPORTANT MESSAGE that ya outta read if yer a regular SG goer.

You are such a whiney little thread crapper. What happened in your life that makes you want to be such an asshat?

I have the perfect cure for that problem JayZee: Go start your own forum and you can be admin and set the rules and what posts are stickied. The ones that that Admins and Mods have decided to sticky here are important. We get new users here everyday and I am sure they find them very useful.

Why do so many members of SG express hostility when a question is asked or an opinion stated?

because SG never changes,it's still mostly a group of people that believe if you don't fit into what they think you should be and if you stand out from the SG mainstream, then you are an outcast and they will come after you.they don't like any opinions that are different than their's.atleast thats what I see.
now watch how I am flamed after this.

Yeah, I know that. I don't want to fit in though, given the demeanor and logic incapabilities of many regulars. It's still startling to see them jump at the chance for hostile comments.

Guess that's not B.C...Go Canucks anyways! :D

What about Brembo's coin thread?

If I remember right his grandfather passed away recently, it's probably hard enough to go through those coins and sort them out, much less have some asshat start crapping on your thread when you try to show people.

In your PM (a while back)you said you liked me, I guess you changed your mind now. :rotfl:

Generally you hae a point, however they are threads we feel are important, and will be unstuck when we feel there is no more interest in them. Thanks for your opinion.

Case closed, too many flames in this thread...
