it's for both cable and dsl you just got to use ur rwin if you are on cable use rwin for cable. on dsl use rwin for dsl

I have found that lowering the Max Server Connection settings is better. I have them both set at 16 (22). I run win 98se and also have a Rcv Win setting of 481800
