Can some one help - increasing Cable Modem Download Speeds ?

Lobo if your cap is 3500 and your getting 3900 that alone shocks the hell out of me (THATS AWSOME)
do you think you could please help me get a couple hundred over my 1500 cap?
you can e-mail me if you want and let me know what to do that would be so aswome man i do alot of downloading and to be able to get 1500 or like 1700 or in your case 400 over wich would be 1900 that would be like the greatest thing in the world well next to Dale Jr winning every race
also i was wondering why my down changes everytime i do a speed test like this
one time it might be 500 and 10 seconds later it might be 1200 like that all the time i would apprecaite it
