How much TV per week do you watch?

Post by Indy »

For someone who works in the cable industry, I rarely watch more than about 6 hours a week...

How about you?

We have a dish and we don't have it hooked up, haven't for years. The only time we use the TV is to watch the occassional movie.

I'd say a total of 10 hours week. About 5 hours is watching the news and weather. So I guess the news part defeats the whole purpose of having my broadband connection. :D

The X-Files
That 70's Show
Friends
Everyone Loves Raymond
The West Wing
E.R.
First Watch
oh-yeah...Survivor (wannabe) fanatic!

The month of Sept. / Oct. of 2001 CNN 24/7 I didn't sleep much either. Just too sad and depressing. :(

Just got done watching Smallville on the WB, that's a great show.

I only watch maybe 2 hours a day....usually Mon-Fri I watch Simpsons, and Everybody Loves Raymond, and Seinfeld.

Sunday is Simpsons, Malcolm in the Middle, and sometimes X-Files.

Then if there's a good movie on TV, or something I'll watch that. Usually I'm either on the computer, or reading or playing video games.

As for the original question. None!

However; whenever my wife is awake, she's watching. She uses a wireless headset so I don't hear a thing. :)

In todays society I could get handed a sexual harrassment law suit using "Chick". Just being polite asking that's all.

Thanks!

I watch TV when my wife has taken over my computer.

I like FoxNews, TLC, Travel, History, Outdoor, H & G, mostly changing channels to skip commercials.. I like a few movies on HBO & AMC. I can't stand the stuff on ABC, NBC, CBS other than I like Fear Factor.

Guess I need to hook up the other puter for my wife .

I would estimate about an hour or two a night for watching TV. Then add on every Red Wings game to that :D Other than that I am usually either here on SG or out with friends.
