Can somebody help me to accomplish this?

Here's my situation:

Me and my 5 other friends are moving in together. Originally in the house there is a cable internet connection, and we're planning to get another adsl connection since we don't want the internet to be bogged down when somebody's downloading stuff.(some of us download stuff constantly...)

We've got a netgear rt314 router, a 5 port hub, a winxp pro server with 2 nics, and each of us has our own computer.

So is there a way that we can all use the two internet connections in the same network with the equipment we have? Since we don't want to spend the money to get the 2wan router(however spending money to get an extra nic is ok). If there is a way to do this, how do we set it up? I am aware that only load balancing can be achieved(of course if we can also add up the speed that would be the best, but if it's not possible, then no need to mention it). Some help would be appreciated, thanks!
