I called my cable provider today and asked what iI was capped at he said 300/1520 does this make sence? I use Adelphia and have been getting some major packet loss with they said was only 2% at 2:30 a.m. . Any thoughts on what i should do? Thanks

question...
The caps sound about right 1500 kbps download and 300 kbps upload. If you're getting packet loss of 2% then you should lower your RWIN. If running XP try 29200. If 9x or ME try 51100.
