I'm also looking into Earthlink DSL as an option.
What is your downstream like on their service?

I know what is advertised, but what have your experiences been like?

Thank you for your input,

It's pretty much as advertised, between 600 and 800. I'm 8000 ft from the CO.

GOOD DSL

First, see how far you live away from your phone company. This greatly effects the speed. Earthlink is a little pricey but is very reliable and fast. I would highly recomend it live fairly close to the phone company.

Yea I just got earthlink the other day and at first I was problems
I was only hitting around 100kb/s DLs
After coming here though I seen what I need to do and crap and I fixed some things last night. I still need to tweak some more but so far so good. I was up and running in minutes and I am blank when it comes to broadband.

I average below 100 on ping time on RTCW ( sn - johnny moxlow ). I actually hit 46 last night around midnight
