I'm getting a beer gut, yuck

I've always been a pretty skinny guy.

But now at the ripe age of 28, I find myself having to buy a new waist-size for the first time in maybe 8 years

Going from a 32" to 34" to make room for this beer belly. Yucko.

Man you have no idea! I'm doing the same thing, it started when I started working tech support. Now all I do is sit on my arse and take calls. Put it to ya this way, I have never weighed over 150, im now 160+ Guess who needs to start excersisin! I am 29 btw, and starting to look like im preggers wth. Its the only place im gaining weight too. A$$ aint getting big, just ma belly!

LTSR, that sounds exactly like me. I guess the fat ass comes later

I get a good bit of exercise biking to and from school, walking my dogs, schmucking around on my friend's property.

But I also drink a damn good amount of beer. All my pants that have fit me for years are just a *bit* too small now.

LOL I can relate to that. I am 27 and been jumpimg 32 and 34 back and forth with 190 lb . Till the day came when I actually considered size 36 LOL. I started lifthing weights agian and been drinking water like a mad man whenever I can. I got pretty lazy over last year and been trying to get back into the the "grove" It is the age when metabolism slows down dramatically

16 5'9" 160 31" But After Friday night I think my beer Belly is Really Setting in. For the 8 of us we had a round 90 beers. I loved it though it was the best night I have had in a while

I've refused the 36 and been on borderline between 34 and 32 last couple months and I am pretty confident to maintain it that way at the age of 27, but it's so easy to get caried away at the same time
