my c drive icon changed all by itself

now it looks like a peice of paper icon with a letter a in the bottom right corner. weird ?

anyone know whats going on here ?

Install any new programs recently? Run any reg cleaners lately? What happened prior to you noticing the change on your C: drive icon?

Most likely you were hacked with a trojan and some **** erased your hard drive. Do add new hardware and see if it finds your hard disk as not there. If so then you will have to reinstall it and everything. If it doesn't find it there then you may have done something to mess it up. Or you got hacked. Have fun.
