I'm guessing that the instructions are as follows:

1.Locate and subdue individual suffering from PMS.
2. Remove pill from protective package.
3. Insert pill into suffers mouth.
4. Immediate relief from constant b!tching should occur.
5. Do not exceed 5 doses in a 24 hour period.

heh.. it actually works.. listen to the trick mah army buddy taught me....

if yer buddy gets shot in the stomach.. and it hurts like hell.... take his finger and break it... now his stomach hurts no more and he'll just be concentrating on his broken finger....

I think the pill works the same way.. pms hurt too much? stick that pill somewhere so it hurts more therefore... you won't feel the pms! wooo
