That's a "man" you are mentioning this too. They don't do yards or clean pools, that's why the trees are so beautiful. :rotfl:

CoolJ can i ask, how do you keep all the grass out of your flower garden in the front there?

We first dug ours up, then sprayed it with grass/weed killer and then put one of those grass preventive covers over it, then put mulch down real good and we STILL have grass that grows like a mofo in it... can't get rid of it, seems like we are always putting down grass/weed killer eveyr weekend and pulling the grass out!!! How do you keep the grass from coming up in it, i see yours looks pretty clean.....

Hey guys I talked to my dad and mom...

Heres what they said they did...

Baught some plastic edging, put it around flower bed. Killed the grass off with round up so it wouldnt kill the plants later on. Waited 10 days to make sure nothing else sprouted. Till'ed the dirt and then got a good weed block mat (My dad says look for one with the 10 year guarntee) Trim it to fit edging VERY Close. While putting stones/mulch down, double check to make sure the mat is still close to the edge and not pulling away. Also they said when they cutt the grass, they make sure none goes in the flower bed, because in the spring the grass has seeds on them (I didnt know that)

For the most part, my dad says that the plastic edging help the most cutting off the grass from the flower bed. We got it going all the way around, but you cant really see it in the pic because the grass blocks it. But you can see it in between the stones/mulch.

Hope I helped! :)
