Get help and discuss anything related to tweaking your internet connection, as well as the different tools and registry patches on the site. TCP Optimizer settings and Analyzer results should be posted here.

Guess I don't have too much to complain about . . .

If any of you experts can point out areas I could improve (speed increase), I'd be happy to do my research. I'm interested in learning and sharing :)

My provider is Comcast / Xfinity. My advertised speed is up to 30Mbps down, and up to 6Mbps up.
These results are from a wired connection. Wireless connection at best is 24Mbps down, and around 4Mbps up.

Running a new Motorola SB6120, and Linksys E2500.

Laptops vary in the household, but the current guinea pig is this one--

Dell Inspiron I6400

Intel core 2 CPU T7200 @ 2GHz

2 Gb RAM

XP SP3 MCE

Broadcom 440x 10/100 Integrated Controller
Dell Wireless 1500 Draft 802.11n WLAN Mini-Card

Here is my analysis result-
« SpeedGuide.net TCP Analyzer Results »

TCP/IP Optimizer MTU & Latency result-

Pinging [64.62.162.20] with 32 bytes ->bytes=32 time=87ms TTL=115
Ping statistics for above hosts:
Packets: Sent = 15, Received = 15, Lost = 0 (0% loss)
Approximate round trip times (RTT) in milli-seconds:

I've tried to include everything relevant-- if I've omitted something-- please kindly let me know, I'm learning. I am open to suggestions.

Thank you in advance for your knowledge, and input.
