We currently have one someone made with Visio but it looks horrible any recommendations easy /pro software to do it all over lots of wireless AP in each floor, server room, switches, routers, remote locations ….etc

There is "Gliffy", and "NetworkNotePad"...both free. Gliffy a little nicer looking. But you already have one of the best...Visio! Everything else is a downgrade IMO.
