need help for 3g broadband

hey guyz. so far i've been using 3g mobile broadband for ayear on vista sp1. now its start giving me a problem. download very slow. here my speed test.

whats goin on bro, pls help.

Are you sure it's on your end not theirs maybe try calling them first since it's 3g your latency is going to spike ,but your speeds are way off. also maybe try windows update make sure the drivers are up to date and service packs it may help some.

i did all the windows update but still on vista sp1. because its take too long to download sp2. i update the driver as well. speedtest doesnt show any improvement. here is the new result

anyway i can do to make it little bit better??
