Thats my speed.

« SpeedGuide.net TCP Analyzer Results »
Tested on: 03.18.2010 14:03
IP address: 122.177.xxx.xxx
Client OS: Windows 7

TCP options string: 020405a20402080a0005030100000000
MSS: 1442
MTU: 1482
TCP Window: 17304 (multiple of MSS)
RWIN Scaling: 0 bits
Unscaled RWIN : 17304
Recommended RWINs: 63448, 126896, 253792, 507584, 1015168
BDP limit (200ms): 692kbps (87KBytes/s)
BDP limit (500ms): 277kbps (35KBytes/s)
MTU Discovery: ON
TTL: 52
Timestamps: ON
SACKs: ON
IP ToS: 00000000 (0)

First thing I need to know is that the mtu wont change no matter what I tried, any solutions to this? And can Rwin value be adjusted in windows 7, because it was in vista as far as I can remember?

MTU is stuck probably because you do not use a router?

TCP Optimizer cannot tweak Win 7. Try the tips listed at this link:

I would suggest trying to tweak IE or Firefox which ever you use or even Chrome, not sure which your using most. But small number changes will effect surfing big time!!

Look at this for Firefox... simple changes!

Just type in about:config into the address line and have at it!

You can't push it that high or you will start having issues. Its best at 24 which is 3X over what it is by default already.
