I have several computers but as of this time am using a E310/3100 Dell Dimension. I have upgraded it to 2 Gig of memory with 1 80 Gig HD and 1 250 Gig HD.
On the 80 Gig I have XP SP3 and the 250 has Vista Ultimate.
Living in a rural area I realize that I will never have the 6 Mbps as Comcast(formerly Adelphia) advertises but as of late I can only get less than 3 Mbps The computer is not my strong point, as if I had one, but from all that I have read XP should be the faster of the two. Basically there is no difference.
My question will show my ignorance but here goes.
Which TCP Optimizer should I down load? Both OS will have to run from the same settings and I now realize that a dual OS is a bad set up.
Will someone please advise?
Thanks

First, Vista cannot be tweaked with TCP Optimizer !

For XP , post your TCP Analyzer report.
