Very SLow downLoad Speed.

hi there.I'm already satisfied with my internet browsing speed.But now my problem is,that my download speed sucks a lot.I got 512Kbps package ZTE MF600 wireless modem(HSDPA) Globe Wireless Broadband ISP in Philippines.
Whenever i download files,programs,etc from the web,my average speed is 15-25kbps..512Kbps/8=64kbps right? But i never get that speed. :irate: :irate:
Anyone from speedguide can help me pls?

Your internet service is received through your cell phone line. Speed will depend largely on the clarity and strength of signal reception between your cell phone and the broadcast tower. Judging from the high and uneven ping times at the modem in hop 2, you are not getting good signals.

do external antenna can fix this thing? one more thing sir,whenever i try to install spybot and comodo, i lost my internet connection?And when i look out for the status of my Local Area Connection and check for status..it show up a Automated Private Address?? What should i do so i can use COMODO firewall and SPybot?

Hop 1 shows your comp is behind a router. You do not need a software firewall.

SpyBot has issues with XP SP3.
