How can I know my Internet Speed?

How can I know my Internet Speed?

I'm just a new on this kind of lines

I Download it already the TCP Optimizer..

And I run it and I modify all network adapters and I use Optimal Settings

After that I reboot for take effect..

Now my problem is? On how do I know or I test my Internet Speed?

Hope you can help me regards on it..

I'm so very interested to learn on it..

Log into your modem/router and check Downstream/Upstream rate !

Looks good if your speed package is 384 kbps.
