Why can't I get Adobe Flash 10 Player?

It says my platform isn't supported. WTF i have a decent computer with Windows Vista! I like to stay up to date but for some reason whether it is Vista or what I can't seem to get much to work properly. Hopefully this isn't an end user problem.

IE Latest Version
Firefox Latest Version
Google Chrome
Opera

However I am using a 64-bit OS so they could have something to do with it. I tried to install my Drivescrubber software and it said no support for 64-bit.

Go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ Once there go to support. It explains there as long as you are running a 32 bit browsers. You can use flashplayer 10. Other wise 64 bit browsers do not support flashplayer 10.
