Softphone with text screen?

I have been looking for a PC softphone for a deaf employee "she can talk" where she can have her own phone number instead of the ip-relay service so she can see what the caller is saying on her screen I checked with vonage and couple of others their softphone doesn’t have this capability anyone can recommend anything?

we currently have two options one PC based and one standalone that is more helpful for the Deaf since at work while on the videophone they can refer to items on their PC and converse through the separate videocamera and flat panel monitor. We are also in the process of releasing a third portable WiFi solution.
