Some white people are so scared that they actually believe if they convert to Islam, the tear-rists won't blow their asses up.

Why would that have any bearing on it? They killed all those moslems in Jordan and Iraq, and not to mention many islamic arabs died in 9-11. If Evangelical Christians can convert people over from Catholicism,or other religions then why wouldn't people feel that maybe Islam is a better religion if they are conservative in nature?Burke wrote:I'll say it.

"Better Religion" Isn't that an oxymoron? I think a more accurate statement might be looking for contentment, happiness or anything to make them feel good. I view Islam as intolerant, judgemental, restrictive, racist, chauvenistic, violent & a few other things, but everyone is entitled to quest. I am truly at the point in my life where I believe that worshipping God is a very personal thing and although it is great to fellowship with like believers, religion in itself is really wearing me out.thepieman wrote:...then why wouldn't people feel that maybe Islam is a better religion if they are conservative in nature?

Muslims would probably say the same thing about Christianity and if they look in the right places they'd be correct. It's all a matter of perspective, so each to there own.bigmo66 wrote:"Better Religion" Isn't that an oxymoron? I've never been a fan of organized religion. I look at it like this: The Koran, The Torrah, and the Bible. The word of god written by man, and therefor inheritantly flawed. Now tack on 2000 years of translation and interpitation, what do you have? Nothin worth dying over homie.
Feelings about religion: I believe in a dogma-free personal Prime Mover.
