Need Prayers, or whatever you do in your religion

Post by wee96 »

Ive battled with some horrible demons in my life, and a couple of them are starting to surface again. Becomes to the point where I scare my wife (its scared my parents for decades now) and just tonight I felt a terribly surge of it hit me. Kinda numb at this point, the story to this whole life long demon ive had is way too long to post in this thread at least. Just asking for any positive thoughts, words since positive energy is always a good thing coming from good friends from SG. Thanks.

Hey bro, homosexuality doesn't nessassarily have to have negative canotations to it.....lol

I feel you bro. Lately I have been dealing with a whirlwind of "dreamons" from the past. I don't think they'll ever go away. I beleieve I/you just need to find a method of dealing with it that works.

At any rate, I have gods email addy, i'll give you a shot out dawg... :D

After seeing your kids and wife, you have some strong reasons to keep on the good.

Find the part of you which keeps those demons at bay. The Angry Man is a monster. THINK.... You are smarter than the Angry Man. Nothing done by your family should be so base that your intelligent side cannot squelch it. Again.... THINK before you react.

I want to learn more and more to see as beautiful what is necessary in things; then I shall be one of those who make things beautiful. Amor fati: let that be my love henceforth! I do not want to wage war against what is ugly. I do not want to accuse; I do not even want to accuse those who accuse. Looking away shall be my only negation. And all in all and on the whole: some day I wish to be only a Yes-sayer.

Hi wee

Your in my Prayers wee. Christmas can bring with it a lot of hidden pressures.

Try to slow things down as much as you can and focus on those things in life that bring you joy.

Good Luck

Ive calmed down somewhat, enought to type normally. Thanks for the kind words, it will pass, its been my whole life. Bursts of insane rage ( although this rage has a flaw, children. I cannot and will not EVER harm a child, no matter how angry I wasm. Either that or dog or cat, you cant force me to do that). I think this nights sleep will help, again thanks for the support, great to have good friends from around the world :)

Great advice.. :)

Wee..

If I may add...there are things that pull you from your routines.....when that happens, it's still one thing at a time..

Don't loose that focus.
The tools of conquest do not necessarily come with bombs and explosions and fallout. There are weapons that are simply thoughts, attitudes, and prejudices to be found only in the minds of men. For the record, prejudices can kill and suspicion can destroy and a thoughtless, frightened search for a scapegoat has a fallout all of its own for the children and the children yet unborn and the pity of it is that these things cannot be confined to the Twilight Zone.

I have problems with that too, working out helps me but its not always an option. So I just shut down my brain and dont do anything at all, just sit and eventually it goes away. Weird I guess, but hell it works!

Good luck on keepin it under control bro, best wishes!

I usually just go with it....but I have learned that I need to keep it channeled in creative ways...like writing a really angry tune on my guitar. IMHO, the worst thing you can do is keep it pent up inside of you because anger is cumulative. When something little bothers me, I say something about it....because if I keep it locked up in my head, it builds and feeds into other little things...and that is when you usually find yourself saying or doing something really bad. What it all boils down to is communication and perspective. You've got to talk about the good along with the bad. If your life partner is really your friend, you can talk to them about what is bugging you and they should accept it....but it's a two way road dude. If something is eating at your partner, encourage them to do the same. Now about perspective....if you talk about the little things as they happen...they will remain little things. If you don't, that is when the little things add up to become one big ball of crap.

So I say...let it out man! We all have good time and bad times, success and failure, happiness and sadness...and NONE of it lasts forever. The sun don't shine on the same dogs ass everyday. You've got to roll with it baby!!!! YEAH!!!! ;)

Good luck Wee. The first step is to look for help and talk about it. You are on the right path. I will keep you in my prayers.
