RAM = 512 PC-3200 Mushkin Special CAS 222 - $165
HDD = WD360GD 10,000 RPM 8MB - $111
HDD2= Seagate 80GB EIDE 7200RPM 8MB - $69
CDR = AOPEN CRW5232 52X32X52 - $41



Already have Viewsonic P225f, case, mouse, 5.1 Phillips, and 1985 IBM "clicky clicky" keyboard :thumb: . Any recomendations on CD burners? I don't want to spend more then $55...

I think your 350W will be enough, it's an Enermax - good PSU.

I'd rather get the 6800GT, but if you don't want to spend more money, I'd recommend a 9800 Pro. The 6800nu isn't that much faster than the 9800Pro - save Doom 3. And if you're not going to play high-res, the speed difference will be smaller. Plus the price of a 9800 is $198 @ newegg

What do you mean "save Doom 3?" And 1152x768 is still real high res.... bah fk it, i'll go with the a PNY GT.

Anybody know anything about used motherboard from that site?

What he's saying is that the 6800nu isn't that much faster than the 9800Pro except when it comes to Doom 3 which highly favors the 6800.

they are usually quite dependable but will not include driver cd, i/0 sheild or cables.

also, i notice you have mutliple sites listed...u will usually come out better buying it all from one site unless u find free shipping somewhere (shipping costs will eat up the savings of buying the cheapest at many different sites)
