Is that the Uber ? I loaded mine from a boot disk ( I made a standard disk with the AWFlash and Anytime I want to update my Bios , I just through in a new version and reboot it.

I never flash in Windows for several reasons. It's always best to flash from A:\> and use any tags which may apply. For my P4C800E-Deluxe it's
A:\>afudos /i<file name> /P/B/N/C
This way I get a nice clean flash.

Same here ... If anyone wants I cane send them a zipped copy of the Disk I use , then you can plug in whatever Bios file you want to use .... Mine is from Ubers website and already has the switches in there ...

Yeah most motherboard makers have reliable Windows utilities now to flash their BIOS..even HP and Compaq..upgrade your BIOS right through the desktop by doubleclicking their ROMPaqs.
