By the way...my favorite fish sandwich did just get smaller. No more BK Big Fish at Burger King...
I do know what your saying about getting full. When I was younger, I ate between 5 thou and 7 thousand calories a day..and I was skinny..When I started working out to gain weight, I changed that diet to a lot of protien and ate like a pig for energy.....I tried to eat no matter what, 5 thousand calories a day and I supplemented that with protien drinks...another 5 thousand...
I've never understood the love affair of them giant burgers. I'd rather have 3 singles even today than a giant Whopper..
