EAC question

Post by grundy »

I've got a quick EAC question. I'm setting up EAC (with LAME), which I haven't done in a long time, and the one thing that I can't figure out is how to configure it to name my files the way that I want it to.

in EAC/Compression options/ ID3 Tag I've selected "Additionnally write ID3 V2 tags, using a padding of 4KB"

and in "Construction of filenames from ID3 tags" I've entered "%A %N %T"

I'd like the filenames to be structured as Artist Name, Track #, Song title, but all I'm getting is song title - any suggestions?

doh. I wanted to help ya with it.. That program is awesome for creating cue sheets and such .. I not only use the Lame but also other encoders, most of the time I use a lossless codec for everything I want to keep. other stuff I just burn to mp3 compilation for car stereo using the cue sheet option of EAC. I think EAC is quite the program.
you using the latest beta or an earlier stable release?
blah. found site for ya to take a look at..

Don't let the name discourage ya though.
