win xp 128 bit security

i cant go to any secured site and getting all kind of massagee
regarding low security.
i checked the undre HELP / about... of IE and it say "cipher strenth" 0
where can i go to update/download the needed files

try installing service pack 1a

If that dosnt work try running sfc /scannow in the run box, you'll need your XP cd to do this.
