The proplem not in your connection, There are many rezones:

* Players have figured out a way to crash the World of Warcraft servers and it is spreading like wildfire. Nearly every server has been rendered useless thus far and Blizzard has yet to release a response.

play on a closer server.. other than that make sure your clean of spyware and junk.

1/ What the EU server that closer to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, And how i can connect my internet to that server?
2/ How can i clean the Spyware and Junk?

I am from Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and we play World Of Warcraft and we play with really high Latency 350ms this number is low here.
Normally Latency 450ms.
Please i need help, How i can make that Latency low like ~150ms?
