So the latency went back to being bad even with them off, i called cable company today and they gave me a new modem and now my connection and latency is even worse..... sites are loading slower and i have solid 1-2k latency in game...

I just recently moved and got an 8mb cable line installed, for the last week it has been running fine, not the best latency but no lag spikes or packet loss, very smooth game play.

For the last 3 days it has been acting up and today it has been solid lag green to red latency for ...

also just recently had a tech come out to my apt and he put on 2 RILA-6 at the back of the modem. He told me that if i remove them it will damage the modem and I will need a new one is this true? I am getting very bad latency in games and pretty horrible packet loss. need some help ;p Thanks.
