TCP Optimizer does nothing for Windows 7
I've tried changing my settings to windows default and after the reboot the settings are still the same. I've run the program as administrator also.
Is there any way to set my Windows 7 settings back to default? I don't even know if this program changed them. Is there some where I can check to see ...

I am running Verizon FIOS at 150 megabit download and 65 megabit upload. Windows 7 64bit, 12gigs of ram and an I7 920 cpu. Are my settings ok for my speed? Right now I have no problems hitting my speed. I used the tcp optimizer and pushed the slider all the way to the right 100+ and clicked optimal ...

I just find it hard to believe that the modem givse your more speed then the config file sets you at. I mean I could see this modem causing a ton of headaches at the cable head end. I was under the impression that the channel bonding had to be put in place by the cable co. Not the modem doing it ...

Hello all. I am having weird issues with my speeds. I am getting 10/1 from Charter and when I connect to giganews which I know can saturate my dl it's going from 9.2 megabit down to 6 and 5megabit. Why is it jumping all over the place? Here are my settings:

Currently I am only getting about 8.5 megabit on the dl. Can you guys give me a hint as to what I should do to get my dl closer to 10meg? I am a long time user of this forum. Do you guys still use cablenut to edit settings? Here are mine:

How can I only get a max off 225 KB/s on downloads in the download window when speed tests are telling me I am getting 1.9 down? Isn't that odd? What can ...

If your "friends" think that they are garbage I would love to see what they think is good. Ask around. You'll see. Surfboard ...
