Not that odd...Cold front creating the storm.
Storm passes, cold weather ensues.
Getting that here as well.

I know it's not odd, that's why I left. It's how spring is there, I get it.
post was pointing out that i thought the headline sounded funny in an ominous sort of way...
...who the hell are you anyway?

That too. Part of the reason I see tons of michigan plates down here, not old snobirds either. BTW, you should see the responses I get from the local ricans around here about some of the things you do. they think you're

and say he must not be native

Came down here a couple of days after this past Labor Day. Haven't gone through a summer or hurricane season yet so we'll see how it goes. I'm confident that I'll be down here a long time though

I've never pretended to be sane.
besides, it's a hell of a lot cheaper here on the good old mainland. I'm paying the same price now for an apartment as I did 12-13 years ago in hawaii. and this one is 10 times nicer and bigger.

You better be standing on high ground when you say that, hurricane season will be soon upon us.

I hear you loud and clear. Even though I don't live near the coast, granted 70 miles ain't all that far, I work only about 20miles from the east coast.
besides I said I like storms, not cataclysmic events. We'll be sure to be safe though and take in any 18-25yr old females from the coast that need shelter
