One kid I knew was so proud that his car shook so much from the bass, that his rear-view mirror was shaken loose. I just gave him my usual.
I like loud to a point, but there is a line that should not be crossed.
The insurance companies are starting to get into it though. These thumpers are comin apart at the seams in accidents. All that base is cracking the welds in the cars. Fine in the old days when you had a frame, but in the new cars it is dangerous.
I know there are at least 2 cars in town with 3 inches of cement in the trunk and on the floor to stop the vibrations, how friggin stupid do you have to get to subject your body and ears to that kind of abuse, sick man.
And to boot how do you stop a car with all that extra weight in it, the brakes were just not designed for that, or the suspension
