Hmm, when it's done - when ever this will be - some people got 200 Mbit/s or 400 mbit/s fibre-to-the-wall so just add these, too.
And also add Windows 10 support.
Because, really, Windows releases come out faster than TCP/IP Optimizer builds.

RWIN switching every second
So, I set my MTU to 1448 and the RWIN to 518144.
With TCP optimizer and Cablenut as well.
I either use cFos or RASPPPoE 0.99b and cFosSpeed.
In RASPPPoE I also limit the MTU to 1448 and turn off the option to limit the MSS.
I can set off the option inside cFos/cFosSpeed to handle the MSS inside ...

Hi.
In the DSL settings of the cFos driver I turned off the setting "optimize the TCP/IP settings" but the traffic shaping setting is on.
I used TCP Optimizer and set up my settings and rebooted.
But the MTU is 1448 whatever I set up.
How and where can I override the cFos Settings?
