Up until a month ago we were downloading at 20+Mb/s w/ a DOCSIS 2.0 compliant router/modem from charter. We upgraded our pc main-boards to board w/ 10/100/1000 BaseT nics so we called Charter for a DOCSIS 3.0 compliant modem/router. An installer arrived w/out a replacement and checked our speed and ...
