Charter from worcester ma is horrible
kevin mailloux refuses to return the phone calls... My internet is going down atleast 5 to 8 times a day.. Costumer service is not giving me a credit on the internet going down.. Im not the only one.. The modems are resetting its self constantly.. THey have excuses and telling me to live with it ...
