195.45.100.192/27, 195.45.100.193/27, 195.45.100.194/27, 195.45.100.195/27, all the way up to 195.45.100.222/27

Problem after tweak?

A while ago I used the tcp optimizer to optimize my network connection. I used the optimal settings option. Recently I noticed that everytime I pick up and use my phone my connection gets interrupted. I am wondering if this has anything to do with the optimizer? I never use to have that problem ...
