Strange. Did you restart your computer? This tweak requires a restart to take effect.

I'm using Windows 7 build 7100 atm, and my problem is I can't reduce my latency in WoW.
On the same computer with the same internet connection I had like 100 ms lower latency with Win Xp.

According to this article ( http://www.speedguide.net/read_articles.php?id=2574 ), the TCP Chimney Offload is enabled by default and they recommend you leave it enabled. Just read this article, and it explains it for you.. Hope this helps.

Connection Issue?

Hello, every time I run a tracert, the first ping on the first hop is 1 ms. The strange thing is, the tracerts after my first tracert ran in hop 1 are always <1ms. Any solution on how to fix this? Or is it even a problem? Thanks in advance.

K, all settings are set. Here's some more data on my connection. FYI, my download speeds are a bit slow. But they're in range of 1.5 to 3.0 download and 384 to 512 upload. The modem had a sticker on it, that said, you need to leave the modem on for 10 days to maximize the speed. I'm not sure if that ...

Ok, I'll check that out. I'm almost positive, that it jumps far above 130-150ms. When I play WoW, it goes over 250.

Why is my upload speed so bad? I've been having upload problems all day. :(
