Pace C5300

details: DOCSIS 3.0 / EuroDOCSIS 3.0 Wireless Gateway
hardware type: Cable Gateway
date added: 2012-10-21
updated: 2017-08-01
The C5300 is Pace's next generation cable gateway, targeted for advanced applications beyond simple data and voice services. It is designed as an extensible platform, which can host a broad range of applications and services.

The IEEE 802.11n wireless interface provides coverage and high performance for the whole
home with wireless speeds of up to 450Mbps. Four Gigabit Ethernet interfaces are provided to connect PCs, set-top boxes and other consumer devices in the home. Using the USB host interface, the gateway can be equipped with 3G backup, hard drives for media storage, ZigBee dongles and other accessories to extend functionality.

Two analogue phone ports complete the product offering a full-service home networking CPE.

All of this is controlled by Pace's Helium Gateway Software, a unified software stack, which
provides secure networking functions, media centre (DLNA) and Voice over IP (MGCP/PC1.5
and SIP).
