27700 tcp applications Risk Based Security has reported a vulnerability in multiple Schneider Electric products, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system. The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error within the modbus serial driver (ModbusDrv.exe) when parsing MBAP data and can be exploited to cause a stack-based buffer overflow by sending a specially crafted request to TCP port 27700.
