Can't wait to get home! IT'S ARRIVED!!!

according to FedEx tracking system, my Geforce4 Ti4600 should be home when I get there.. woohoo!
It will be even better if my 120GB WD se drive was there too.. or maybe even the new TDK burner. I ordered each of them from different vendors so I doubt that any of these other vendors would have my product for me quite as fast as Newegg..

thats a tough one.. I live outside of Orlando on the east side and work all the way over on the west side near Universal Studios.. 29miles to be exact. Takes about 45 minutes down a crowded toll expressway. Idiots better stay outta my way!! LOL

I don't know....he's got that 45 minutes worth of express-way rush hour traffic to fight...plus it's Friday, so bound to be some accidents that may hold him up in a long stand-still traffic jam for at least another hour......

I'm now home... there is NO f*ckin' package... my wife who was supposed to be here all day is nowhere to be found.. FED EX says there was a delivery attempt today at 2:30 but no one was here. ON TOP OF ALL THIS... OUR F*CKIN' PHONE ISN'T WORKING!!! what the hell is going on here!! I drove like a mad man through 45 minutes worth of expressway in 32 minutes and this is what I come home too!!! My dog is pissed because she hasn't been outside for hours.. Someone deserves a beating when they get home!!!

okay, I'm gathering my senses... time to check out if I can pick up my package somewhere or if it's too late... would be nice if we had a working phone in this f*ckin' house.. I can run a 6 man LAN party but I can't even make a f*ckin' phone call!!! I know the bills paid (my cell phone is of course the one that isn't paid) so it probably has something to do with all the new houses being built in our neighborhood...
I'm off to FED EX's web site...

wife got home... she had to go to Kinkos earlier today because our printer ran out of ink and she needed something ugent to be printed right away.. So now, I don't have my Geforce card because my stupid printer decided today was a good day to run out of f*ckin' ink!
My phone still is completely dead... my cell phone bill hasn't been paid (I'm guilty there!) and I can't even find out my balance online because Voicestream switched to T-Mobile and they don't accept my old logon and UGH!!! this SUX!!! I AM BEYOND PISSED!!!! The Fed Ex center is another 20 minutes back towards downtown... F*CK THAT!!! they say they'll try again NEXT BUSINESS DAY!!! I'm not about to wait that long!! AAAHAHAHAHA ... someone shoot me and put me outta my misery..

The FedEx pickup is open on Saturday till 1:00p.
I've accepted that option. I was just exaggerating my inner emotions in an effort to vent the fustration..
I was having a good day for a friday, which usually I'm exhausted from the 45+ hour work week ontop of 3 classes. Then I got home and everything just sucked from the moment I walked in... ever have those days?
Whats really bad is that I'm probably not going to see that much of a difference.. I mean, the Geforce2 ultra runs the game (Allied Assault) very smooth.. I think the first time I played it, it ran sh*tty b/c I hadn't rebooted my computer for probably a week or so. It's ran fine since, just want to see whats going on during some of these tiny graphical pixel glitches I'm catching every now and then.

Got it this morning.. popped it in.. installed the drivers off the cd.. tried to run Allied Assault... GOT DENIED... gave me an Open GL initialization error.. then I tried Quake III... denied again.. Open GL failed again... downloaded the more recent drivers and worked like a champ.. Loaded up Allied Assault, cranked up all the graphic details etc.. etc.. loaded up the Omaha Beach invasion level... and all I have to say is WOW!!
The lighting effects is the most noticeable.. truly awesome!
