What kind of Digital camera do you have and what do you like / not like about it????

Not the best, but it takes some nice pictures.
Also it is super small, like a mini metal brick. That is the main reason why i got it, i can bring it anywhere.
like:
came with rechargable lithium battery and charger
Small size, all metal, very sturdy/durable
very easy to use
manual mode, can change stuff like shutter speed, iso, etc.
great night shots
movie mode w/ sound
takes picture instantly, no delay
dislike:
not much, but battery life is a little short

My current digi-cam is a FujiFilm MX2900 2.1mp. It's great for point and shoot kinda stuff -- snapshots and such. It has a lot of great manual features but it's definitely not an action camera by any means, but that's not what I bought it for.
It does okay and makes a nice 5x7 and great web shots, but my main dislike with it, and any digital camera I have used so far is that it's slow. There's no buffer whatsoever so you have to wait for each picture to save before shooting another.
What I mainly use for hardcore shooting is my Canon EOS 650, or one of my 35mm point and shoots. Then I take it in for C-41 only processing (film, no prints) and then scan what I want on a Hewlett-Packard S20 film/slide/photo scanner. It produces something along the lines of probably (guessing here) 7-8 megapixels on a super hi-res scan and then I go from there as to what the pic is to be used for.
As for the future, as some of you know by another thread here, I have a Canon D60 digi-cam on order now. It's probably going to be around Christmas before I get it, but it'll be worth the wait.

Olympus D-600L bought about four years ago and subsequently modified to accept 32M Smartmedia.
What I really like is the optical reflex viewfinder.
My objections are probably common to most digitals:
-Shutter lag.
-No remote shutter release.
-No external flash synch.

Powershot s110 2.1MP. Like Banshee said, it's like a little metal brick. Good images on the highest settings and it can go anywhere.

I just got the new Olympus D-550 Zoom. It is a 3 megapixel camera. Came with a 16MB card. I have since upgraded it to a 128 MB card. Much better. Camera is a nice size ... fits nicely in a pocket in your pants if you like. Really have not run across anything that I do not like about this camera so far ... except maybe one small thing. If you do not use an Olympus brand media card ... the feature for Panoramic pictures gets grayed out. Since I do not use that a whole lot ... that is not something that I will lose any sleep over.

I have an Olympus 2100 Ultra Zoom
2.1 Megapixel
but 10x optical zoom, with Image Stabilization
What I love about this camera not only is the zoom great, and with IS I get no blur, but if you go to a place that has lowlight and not allowed to use flash, I can still take pictures without any blurriness and not using a tripod, but handheld, normally you cannot do that, but Image Staiblization makes a difference.

No digital yet......Looking at that same camera that Dakota ordered for himself. In fact, everytime I check it out, I start drooling.
Right now, I use my wifes for quick shots or I dig out my Canon FTb. I love this camera...........

It hasn't even been a month since I ordered the D60 and I drool everytime I see my avatar! I gotta change the drool bucket every 2-3 days!

CCD delivers up to 1,600 x 1,200-pixel photos. (Good for up to 8x10-inch print sizes.)
3x optical zoom equivalent to 34-108mm.
I haven't had any problems or dislikes, but I would like to upgrade to a higher megapixel and optical zoom...Olympus has some real beauties....

I'm still watching for these folks to come up with a marketable product:

Their first generation (made for Nikon and Canon) didn't have that appendage below the camera body. It used a separate reader. Also the matrix was so small that you needed to use a 19mm lens to obtain normal perspective.

Sony DSC-S70. 3.2 Megapixel. Carl Zeiss lens, AWESOME marco. Its a touch slow on action shots tho. If ya disable the flash, its zippy tho. Eats batteries(Li-ion rechargables), and if ya crank up the image quality, yer only gonna get 20-30 pics on a 64 meg card. At the lowest setting tho, its like 800 pics, go figure.
I like it tons so far, I wish I had a digi-cam sometimes, I would like to capture vid ya know? Its a propritary interface with comps(fireware), but normal with USB, that bites. USB is quick, but firewire just rocks, oh well, can't win em all.
