Your download speed : 398991 bps, or 398 kbps.
A 48.7 KB/sec transfer rate.
Your upload speed : 184034 bps, or 184 kbps.

? What! I used to have 1200/100 or something around that. I had some technician do something because it was not working, and now my speeds suck really bad.

Also something I've seen a number of "techs" do is check the box "automatically detect settings" under your LAN settings, it will slow you WAY down. Open IE and select tools - internet options - connections - LAN settings and make sure NOTHING there is checked. :) ;)

RWIN is a multiple of MSS

128480 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 2)
64240 (MSS x 44)

Make sure the biggest resourse hog that will slow you down is off, system restore=OFF :)

Try lowering your TcpWindowSize to 64240. Also try all the trouble shooting tips in my Help & Tips link. :) ;)

Ive lowered my tcp window:

Test running..........
** Speed 926(down)/184(up) kbps **
(At least 18 times faster than a 56k modem)
Finish.

But why such a drastic imporvment? What other should I try?

You could even try lowering it more.... just to see if it helps. Try 32120, 37960 or 52560. The reason it's better is that if it's too large for your connection you will have retransmitted packets which slow your connection down. :) ;)

Also try 27670.
