Ethernet vs USB

Will you notice a speed difference between the two in relation to download speeds. Not networking. Straight modem to USB vs Staright Modem via a Cat5 cable to Ethernet Card.

Most likely.... yes. Ethernet is faster, more stable and just all around better. USB usually causes nothing but problems and puts a drain on your system. :) :D
