would this be done with admin mod?

and another q:.... will all the player slots fill until a "reserved member" logs on, and then disconnect someone? or are there just reserved slots that can only be occupied by a "reserved player"? are the reserved slots only for those with admin privelidges? exactly how many consecutive questions can i fit in one paragraph?

with reserved spots you must type in an admin password...either general to server or one that is agreed upon between you and server ops/admins. However the reservee has no privilages/cannot use any admin commands.

"admin_password XXX" where XXX = password

The reserved slot system can work two ways.
1) There will always be an empty slot on server until a reserved player enters to fill the server.

2) There are no reserve slots, however if a reservee joins the full server...the server will kick the laggiest player.

...and yes this is done through admin_mod.
